The Heidelberg

Our classic Heidelberg burger. A half pound of Angus, seasoned with a magic balance of Maggi-Würze, fresh herbs, green onion, and our house-made seasoned salt. Served on thick slices of pumpernickel-rye swirl.

Sliders

Four miniature burgers grilled, then topped with your choice of cheese and placed on miniature rolls. Served with a pickle spear and seasoned French fries.

House Entrees

Sauerbraten

This is our version of German pickled roast meat. A marinated brisket that is combination-cooked with braising and slow roasting methods smothered in sour gravy. Served with a loaf of house bread and whipped butter.

Rouladen

Our German meat roulades of thinly sliced top round, thick cut bacon, bell pepper, dill pickle, Swiss cheese, and mustard. The “beef olive” is seared, then roasted and served with brown gravy. Served with a loaf of house bread and whipped butter.

Wiener Schnitzel

Pounded veal cutlets breaded with our secret German recipe, pan fried, and finished the way you want it. Served with a loaf of house bread and whipped butter.
