Made in-house, Bavarian-style pretzel served with fresh cheese fondue and a spicy mustard sauce.
House-made German dumplings tossed with roasted onions and garlic, topped with a creamy cheese sauce.

GERMAN POTATO SKINS $8
Made in-house, potato skins filled with ground Bratwurst and braised red cabbage then topped with melted Swiss cheese.
THE WURST SAMPLER $10
Three house sausages of your choice, served with a tasting of sauerkraut and braised red cabbage.
Selections are: Knockwurst, Bratwurst and Weisswurst.
Our German meat roulades: thinly sliced top round, thick cut bacon, bell peppers, dill pickle, Swiss cheese and mustard. Served with your choice of two sides.
WIENER SCHNITZEL $18
Pounded veal cutlets breaded with a secret German recipe, pan fried and finished one of four ways. Served with your choice of two sides.
Traditional: Served with Lemon
Copenhagen: A creamy Swiss cheese sauce
Jaeger: A hunter’s sauce with mushrooms, onions and bell peppers.
Holsteiner: Served with fried egg and capers
A marinated brisket prepared by both braising and slow roasting methods then smothered in gravy. Served with your choice of two sides.
LEBERKASE PASTA $14
A southern German favorite. We have taken veal and combined it with bacon and onions for a unique flavor, then tossed everything in a creamy cheese sauce.
GERMAN-INSPIRED REUBEN $11
The infamous Reuben done the German way. Westphalia ham sliced thin and sautéed then topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and a pickle. Served with Thousand Island and fries.
COMBINATION PLATTER $20, 26, 32
A true German platter of your liking, so go ahead mix and match selections from our specialties, schnitzel or sausage. This comes as a dinner portion only with a choice of two sides.
