APPETIZERS

PRETZEL FONDUE $9
Fresh straight golden pretzels served with our chef’s house-made cheddar and mozzarella pilsner fondue.

MAC & CHEESE BITES $8
Macaroni and cheese wedges breaded and lightly fried, served with ranch dressing.

KAESESPAETZLE $7
House-made German dumplings tossed with roasted onions and garlic, topped with a creamy cheese sauce. Add a sausage (Knock, Weiss, Bratwurst) $2

MOZZARELLA STICKS $8
Battered and fried mozzarella cheese sticks served with marinara sauce.

FRIED PICKLES $7
Garlicky crisp pickles battered and fried golden brown. Served with ranch dip.

CHEESE & SAUSAGE  PLATTER $10
A selection of our specialty table meats and cheeses from near and afar sliced and served with house bread loaf and assorted crackers.

WURST SAMPLER $10
Knockwurst, Bratwurst and Weisswurst served with a tasting of sauerkraut and braised red cabbage.

ENTRÉES

ROULADEN $17
Our German meat roulades: thinly sliced top round, thick cut bacon, bell peppers, dill pickle, Swiss cheese and mustard. Served with your choice of two sides.

WIENER SCHNITZEL $18
Pounded veal cutlets breaded with a secret German recipe, pan fried and finished one of four ways. Served with your choice of two sides.

Traditional: Served with Lemon
Copenhagen: A creamy Swiss cheese sauce
Jaeger: A hunter’s sauce with mushrooms, onions and bell peppers.
Holsteiner: Served with fried egg and capers

SAUERBRATEN $16
A marinated brisket prepared by both braising and slow roasting methods then smothered in gravy. Served with your choice of two sides.

WURST PLATTER – ONE SELECTION $12, TWO $16, THREE $20
Choose from our fine German sausages prepared fresh in house and are all one of a kind. Knackwurst (all beef), Brautwurst (beef and pork), and Wieswurst (white meat veal and pork) will come on a bed of sauerkraut and red cabbage also comes with one additional side of your choice.

COMBINATION PLATTER – TWO ITEMS $20, THREE $26, FOUR $32
A true German platter of your liking, so go ahead mix and match selections from our specialties, schnitzel or sausage. This comes as a dinner portion only with a choice of two sides.

PUB MENU

PILSNER BATTERED CHICKEN STRIPS $9
Hearty cuts of marinated chicken dredged in Warsteiner pilsner batter and fried golden brown served with your choice of ranch, BBQ or honey mustard sauce.

LOADED POTATO SKINS $9
Potato skins topped with a melted cheese, bacon and green onions. Served with creamy garlic on the side.

THUNDER-BIRD $10
Our classic sandwich of grilled ham, shaved smoked turkey, thick cut bacon, thousand island dressing, melted Swiss cheese on a grilled pretzel bun. Served with a pickle spear and fries or a side of your choice.

THE BIG ANGUS $9
Half a pound of grilled ground Angus beef cooked to your specification plated with lettuce, tomato and red onion on a brioche bun. Served with a pickled spear and your choice of side. Add cheddar, Swiss, pepper jack or cheddar cheese for $0.50.

TURKEY REUBEN $11
Shaved smoked turkey breast, coleslaw, Swiss cheese and thousand island dressing sandwiched in between grilled swirl rye. Served with a pickle spear and fries or a side of your choice.

HEIDELBERG REUBEN $11
The infamous reuben done the German way. Corned beef sliced thin and topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and thousand island dressing. Served with a pickle and fries or a side of your choice.

CHICKEN WINGS (BUFFALO, BBQ OR SPICY BBQ) $10
Fried jumbo wings plain, tossed in buffalo, BBQ or Raymond style (spicy BBQ) sauce, served with celery sticks and choice of blue cheese or Ranch dressing.

SALADS

CLASSIC CAESER SALAD $6
Crispy romaine lettuce tossed with Parmesan cheese, croutons, and Caesar dressing.

HEIDELBERG HOUSE SALAD $6
Mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions topped with walnuts and served with apple cider vinaigrette.
