Fortunately for you, there’s a fairly new trend in German food called “Neue deutsche Küche”, or “New German Cuisine”. It’s one-hundred percent German, but includes the diversity of REAL German food, something few people outside Germany have experienced until the last few years.

Thanks to some dedicated and innovative German chefs, Germany now has dozens of restaurants that have been awarded a three-star Michelin rating, something that was unheard of just a few short years ago. Tapping into the rich culture and diverse regional ingredients in Germany, “New German Cuisine” blends the best of traditional German food with a more evolved culinary vision. Michigan’s climate is in many ways comparable to Germany’s, which means these same dishes are a natural choice for bringing you food that’s fresh, healthy, and authentically GERMAN.
