The Club Above

Club Above has operated on the top floor since around 2011. In years prior it was known as “The MileHigh Club” and “Club Heidelberg”. In the past, there was more live music, and there still is a stage, but the most popular nights are focused on DJ-driven dancing. Interestingly, considering the fact that it's on the top floor of a German restaurant, Club Above's Latin Night has the greatest draw of any Latin night in the immediate Ann Arbor area. There are occasionally also nights featuring the club will be adding a Country Night on Thursdays in the summer of 2024, and the room is sometimes available for private rental.

Club Above currently features Country Night on Thursdays, and Latin Nights on Friday and Saturday.
The club has a long legacy stretching back to the 1980's, when it was known as the "Mile High Club".
Aside from a brief stint as a poker room in the 2000's, it has offered dance music with DJ's and/or live music for over forty years.
The space got a major facelift around 2010, and is getting another one in 2024/2025. Stay tuned!

BOOK AN EVENT

On nights when there is no entertainment booked, the space may be available for your private or public event. It’s also available during the day, and is a surprisingly vibrant space, thanks to the skylights and dynamic color scheme.
